Ryan Morrison

Ryan Morrison is an associate with the firm.  He represents employees and unions in connection with a wide range of issues, including discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour claims, and contract violations.  Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served as a law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County, Pennsylvania. A longtime service worker from a union family, Ryan was proud to serve as a Peggy Browning Fellow during the summer of 2020, working to advance the interests of his fellow service workers and to address the unique challenges faced by workers during the COVD-19 pandemic.

 

Ryan is a 2018 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned degrees in English and in Comparative Literature, and a 2021 graduate of Penn State Law. In law school, Ryan served as OutLaw President, competed actively as a member of the Moot Court Board, and helped to prepare civil rights-related appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court through Penn State Law’s Civil Rights Appellate Clinic. At graduation, Ryan was deeply honored to be chosen by his peers to deliver commencement remarks on behalf of his JD class, and he was awarded Penn State Law’s Pro Bono Publico Service Award for good character, sound academic performance, fidelity to the highest goals of the profession, and commitment to human service.
