Ryan Morrison is an associate with the firm. \u00a0He represents employees and unions in connection with a wide range of issues, including discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour claims, and contract violations.\u00a0 Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served as a law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County, Pennsylvania. A longtime service worker from a union family, Ryan was proud to serve as a Peggy Browning Fellow during the summer of 2020, working to advance the interests of his fellow service workers and to address the unique challenges faced by workers during the COVD-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

Ryan is a 2018 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned degrees in English and in Comparative Literature, and a 2021 graduate of Penn State Law. In law school, Ryan served as OutLaw President, competed actively as a member of the Moot Court Board, and helped to prepare civil rights-related appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court through Penn State Law\u2019s Civil Rights Appellate Clinic.
